2.1. The Club shall ensure that all communications maintain a respectful and professional image, portraying the Club’s activities as beneficial to its members and the wider community.

3.1. The Club respects and upholds the truthful and responsible representation of its activities, events, and members.
3.2. The dissemination of false, misleading, defamatory, or derogatory information about the Club is strictly prohibited. Legal recourse may be pursued against individuals or organisations responsible for such dissemination.

4.1. Any media enquiries regarding the Club must be directed to the Club Secretary, who is the sole authorised spokesperson unless otherwise delegated by the Club Committee.

7.1. Where a media representative seeks interviews, additional information, participation in a feature, or other direct engagement, they should consider making a charitable donation to the Club in recognition of the time and resources provided.
